1. Personalization and Order Accuracy

·         Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete personalization details (names, dates, messages, etc.) when placing an order.

·         Once an order is placed, changes to the personalization details must be requested within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, changes may not be possible.

We are not liable for errors (spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, or formatting) in the personalization details submitted by the customer. 2. Processing and Production Time

·         Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

·         Custom artwork, handmade items, or intricate designs may require additional time. We will notify you if any delays occur.

·         Production will begin only after full payment is received and design approval is confirmed (if applicable).

3. Shipping and Delivery

·         We ship to Pan Inda. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

·         Shipping estimates are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

·         Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Digital Products

·         For digital or downloadable birthday products, files will be delivered via email or direct download upon completion.

·         No physical items will be shipped for digital products.

·         All digital sales are final. Due to the nature of digital items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

·         Personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

·         If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

·         Cancellations may only be accepted within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, the order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

6. Privacy Policy

·         We respect your privacy. Any information you provide for personalization or order processing will be kept confidential and used solely for completing your order.

·         Your photos or custom details will never be shared or used in promotional materials without your written consent.
